Not so long ago I was one of those people who passively watched and wished for change without making any attempt to be a part of it. I told myself that I wasn't able to do anything: I don't have the money to help and don't have the position to speak out. However, after I saw countless stories of black people in America being killed by the police with only social media reporting it, I knew I needed to help.

I made this news blog to address the stories no one else is reporting, if I couldn't make an attempt with money or a position I would at least make an attempt to educate others of what most of the media will refuse to tell you and will do so in the least biased way as possible.

This blog may not appeal to many people but this is for those who want to be educated. For those that want to make a change and this is their only way how. For those that want to leave this world a better place.

I named this blog Veritas News after the Goddess of Truth as that is what I aim to deliver, the truth about the world we live in and if I can, I want to give advice on how we can improve this world. There may not be many stories that bring a happy tear to your eye but if I am reporting on the world it will be gritty and blunt. If that doesn't sound ideal to some I advise you to leave now but to those who want to learn, stay, write comments, follow Veritas News on social media, interact with me and send me any stories you think that people should know about.
